Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance in promoting and implementing agile values, principles, and practices across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, product owners, and teams in effectively applying Scrum methodologies and agile practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive, focused, and aligned with achieving sprint goals.
  • Guide and support multiple Scrum teams in their agile journey, fostering a self-organizing and high-performing team culture.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, tools, and techniques to optimize team performance and delivery outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment, prioritization, and effective communication for successful product delivery.
  • Advocate for agile principles, values, and practices, promoting an agile mindset and culture across the organization.
  • Act as a change agent in driving organizational agility and facilitating the adoption of agile practices in different areas of the business.
  • Monitor and analyze agile metrics to track team performance, predictability, and delivery, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve conflicts and impediments within and between teams, fostering collaboration, understanding, and problem-solving.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate and empower individuals and teams in agile principles, practices, and frameworks.
  • Evaluate, select, and optimize agile tools and techniques to enhance team collaboration, project management, and progress tracking.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
